Growing up in Pennsylvania Molly started her professional career at age thirteen at Philadelphia the Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. She played Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production for which she won an Barrymore Award nomination. It was recast when Molly made her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. She received a Drama League Award for this performance. Molly was in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). She was a student at Princeton University as a Triangle Club Member and received an B.A. It was during this time when she made her feature film debut in Disney's College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. At this time, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. Molly has performed several Off-Broadway productions including End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. In addition, she appeared in television programs like Royal Pains or an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of numerous regional shows, such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 as well as the North Shore Music Theatre's The Diary of Anne Frank in 2010. The Diary of Anne Frank at the Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly played Anne. Molly has starred in several regional productions, including The Diary of Anne-Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 production. In this play she performed the role of the teenage daughter Ali.
